    • Gamespawn at UCR will be hosting its annual Global Game Jam site at Bourns Hall and Winston Chung Hall at the University of California, Riverside! We want to provide a space to our diverse community of Game Developers both on campus and from the surround area of Riverside. We also welcome people who are not from the area but want to be part of a team with people from the area, whether they attend online or in-person. To join our Jam site, please register on this Jam Site page as well as on our RSVP form attached.

During the week prior, we will be hosting a series of workshops to prepare our attendees for the upcoming jam, such as introductions to various software and platforms. During the jam itself, we will be having a variety of workshops and activities to provide both a chance to learn and times for unwinding.

There will be at least 2 main rooms available, one as a dedicated Jamspace and one serving as both a Jamspace and Workshops. The dedicated Jamspace will be in Winston Chung 205/206, and the workshop space will be Bourns A265. Signs will be posted around the building to direct Jammers to the appropriate rooms. Food will be provided in the form of Brunch and Dinner, depending on the structure of the day. Friday - Dinner Saturday - Brunch and Dinner Sunday - Brunch People must register for both this Jam site as well as our RSVP form to participate. The RSVP form is required to receive food.

Please bring your own technology! Technology will be provided for presenters and for select activities but not for the Jam itself.
