Illegal Laughs is a 4-12 player party card game, aiming to whittle down the number of players by the loudest laugher each round until you reach the stern solitary winner. ? ? ?
Each round, players will draw a card, and try to make others around them laugh, based on the card prompt. The player that laughs the hardest each round (voluntary or by group consensus), will lose the round, but get to take the card that prompted their outburst with them. It's theirs forever until they'd like to play the game again.
