Victor Guana
About:
I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Computing Science at the University of Alberta. I'm interested in simplifying developers' software construction tasks by providing tools that make software development more agile, less error prone, and less cognitively challenging.
I am particularly interested in supporting developers that build code-generation environments using model-driven engineering technologies. In my PhD thesis I am building ChainTarcker, a visualization, trace analysis tool, and code recommender for model-transformation compositions. I have also developed PhyDSL a code-generation environment for mobile physics-based 2D games. My second favorite animal is the Quokka.
