Flutter. You're a virus in a human body. You zoom through odd platforms that are for some reason placed inside the body. Happy white cells try to catch you, but you don't like being touched, so you explode and restart the level if you step on one. Basic movement system: Left, right and jumping. If you've played Super Meat Boy, you pretty much know how to play it.
