Indianapolis at IUPUI
- Come join the game developers in the Crossroads of America in another year of making cool games, eating warm food, and venturing out into the cold weather.
Sponsored by the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, and co-hosted by the student Game Developers Group at IUI and IGDA Indianapolis, this site offers a mixture of Naptown and regional game developers: students, hobbyists, professionals, who will spend time IUI's campus making games and making friends. Site will be open 9am-11pm every day. Everyone is welcome, and we would LOVE to see your smiling face. We're a welcoming bunch and would like to make games with new folks from around town - stop by for a little while to see what we're working on, and we'll do out best to get you to contribute somewhere, even if its to play our games and give some feedback.
Some food will be available for dinners around 7pm on Friday and Saturday, and there is nearby food options for both fast-food and supermarket, walkable depending on how much you want to brave the cold.
Join us at 6pm on Sunday for the final showcase on the big screen on the 4th floor. Makes the whole thing seem all the more worth it.
Not everyone can claim to make games right next to the Kurt Vonnegut museum, but we sure can. Hope to see you all out!
