Hello game makers!
We are back with another game jam!
Join us for the Global Game Jam in Ljubljana, happening from 3.2. - 5.2., where we will make games in 48 hours. It will take place in the offices of Ljubljana university incubator, who were very nice to lend us their space (which includes a workspace, lounge area and kitchen) for the event. To participate, you have to make an account on the GGJ website (https://globalgamejam.org/), then join our jam site (https://globalgamejam.org/2023/jam-sites/ljubljana-ggj-lui). The space is limited to 30 people, so join as soon as possible.

Friday 3.2.
16:30 - 17:30 / gathering, setup
17:30 – 18:00 / theme reveal, keynote video
18:00 – 19:00 / jam start with brainstorming, pitching, group forming
19:00 - 24:00 / jamming
24:00 onwards / rest
Saturday 4.2.
8:00 - 13:00 / jamming
13:00 - 13:30 / create the page for your game on the GGJ website
13:30 - 14:30 / lunch provided by Games Slovenia
14:30 - 24:00 / jamming
24:00 onwards / rest
Sunday 5.2.
8:00 - 13:30 / jamming

Who can attend: the site is open to anyone, regardless of skill or background, as long as you are over 18.
Organiser: This event is backed by the organisation Games Slovenia, while the offices are provided by Ljubljana university incubator.
Location: Vojkova cesta 63 (blue building). Main entrance is on the side that is looking away from Vojkova cesta. We're on the second floor.
Parking: We don't have access to the building's parking, however there are lots of payable parking spots around. The one on the road that goes around the building is free past 7pm and over the weekend.
Food and drinks: there will be snacks and drinks on site, along with two food orders for lunch. You can bring your own stuff. These are stores nearby (closed on Sunday).
Sleeping: Sleeping will be done in a part of the workspace, from around midnight to 8am. If you plan on staying over, be sure to bring sleeping gear. You can always go home and come back the next day.
Hygiene: There are toilets on site, however there are no showers. Bring basic hygiene stuff so you can take care of the necessities (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant,…).
