The Hostos Community College Game Design Unit invites you to come make a game along with people all over the world for Global Game Jam 2023! Unlike previous years, the jam takes place over an entire week (Mon Jan 30–Sun Feb 05).
KICKOFF & THEME REVEAL (MON, JAN 30)
(Hostos students: rendezvous in front of the C-building and we'll walk over to the space as a group at 5:15p.)
To get things started, we'll have a kickoff event at the jam space on Mon Jan 30 at 5:30p. We'll reveal the theme for the jam, and give folks some opportunities to pitch projects and form teams.
JAM WEEKEND (FRI, FEB 03–SUN, FEB 05)
During the traditional weekend of the jam, we'll have the studio open for folks to work on their games together.
PRESENTATIONS (SUN, FEB 05 @ 3:30p)
Sunday afternoon, everyone will upload their projects to the GGJ website! We'll wrap things up by having everyone tell us about what they made over the weekend!
