Jam Site Description:

The Bachelor of Innovation and EPIIC will host the 12th Annual UCCS Global Game Jam at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from February 3-5, 2023.  The hybrid jam will be held in the BI Lab in Osborne Center A206.  The jamming starts at 5pm Friday 2/3/2023 (we will open our doors to hang out about 4pm).

Online servers and resources are TBD but we will use Discord again to organize.

If you are a new participant and need the Discord info please email Angus Chassels, UC Entrepreneur in Residence and faculty member in the UCCS Bachelor of Innovation program who is the organizer of this event. You can also contact him with any questions by e-mail:  [email protected]

The Global Game Jam is a 48 hour event, but like many locations, our physical site closes at night (approx 1am-10am) so participants can get rested for the next day.  REMEMBER:  Participants should plan to attend the entire duration of the event in person or online as your team will need you to complete your game!

Traditionally the focus in the past has been on PC video games but V/R & A/R, board, dice and card game makers are also very welcome.

We have had some amazing table top games developed over the years!

Registration is FREE but you MUST REGISTER to participate!!  No exceptions!

UCCS and the Global Game Jam organizers are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of race, color, sex, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran’s status, age, or physical appearance.

This is my very very unfinished project where you can experiment with creating random fractal trees. Currently you can only create one color of tree and cannot edit any of its generation properties.
