The Last Mycophile

Long ago in a land far away and lost to time, a terrible plague ravaged the land. Cities fell and civilisations crumbled as more people were claimed by the sickness. No combination of healing balms or feverous seemed to remedy the infection, other than the magical medicines of the Mycophiles, beings of half-human, half-mushroom descent who lived deep in the woods and were considered the most connected to nature and her ways. Slowly the mycophiles were infected treating the infected of the realm, until finally only one remained. Now people come from across the land to find The Last Mycophile.
