It’s that time once again, where keen game-makers around the world get together for one glorious weekend of developing; Global Game Jam! Join us at SAE Institute Perth, and team up with folks you know or make new friends to get creative. Regardless of skill level, and whether you’re an artist, sound designer, programmer, animator, 3D modeller, level designer, generalist, or any other form of passionate creator – rest assured you will be immersed in an excellent game development experience!
This years GGJ will be $30 each to cover costs, however if you cannot meet the ticket price please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you. We want everyone to come along!
As per always, we will have plenty of space for you to bring your laptop or desktop to hook up and jam away, eating spaces, and even room to sleep. A free coffee cart will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Additionally this year Let's Make Games will be running the Global Game Jam as a hybrid event, meaning that those not wanting to attend in person can still register to participate online. As running events can be costly and we are a volunteer run organisation we ask if you can afford to please donate via the Eventbrite online jam ticket. We thank you for you continued support.
