Welcome to our jam site hosted at Start Fort Wayne’s Atrium in Downtown Fort Wayne! We have two main rooms, one overlooking the downtown cityscape, along with multiple meeting rooms fit with dry erase boards and monitors for multipurpose use. We have access to kitchen space, bathrooms, and even cozy chairs and couches for lounging. We’re surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and parks, so this is a perfect place to meet up with your developer friends, meet new ones, and hang out around the town while making games!
Register online at this GGJ site, and join our Discord using the provided link. If you’d like to be completely virtual, we’ll be maintaining a constant communication feed between our physical site and virtual participants in the Fort Wayne Devs Discord channel.
If you’re planning to be here in person, make sure you check in on Friday the 28th at The Atrium so that we can get you all the information you’ll need to access the site and so that you can meet people at the opening reception and get yourself a jam team! Please RSVP no later than January 21st if you plan to be here in person so that we can ensure we have adequate space and accommodations for everyone.
If you’re a musician, artist, writer, or have any other skills that you’d like to lend to a team, you are welcome here! There are a multitude of skillsets that are important to the game making process, and no matter who you are or what your experience level is for making games, we encourage you to show up and try it anyway! There’s really nothing to lose, and a whole community to gain.
