2 games in 1. In this game, you can either fly a plane in outer space, a vertically scrolling shoot 'em up in an 8-bit environment, or you can fly a helicopter haphazardly around in an attempt to survive for as long as possible, in a 3D environment. The game has, unsurprisingly, some bugs here and there, some more critical than others; see the game's page on itch.io for new bugfixed versions. (link below).
