This year is the first time ever, the Global Game Jam has gone FULLY ONLINE due to concerns of the global pandemic. Our utmost goal is to foster jamming in a safe and responsible manner. Feel free to contact the Site Organizers for any further questions. This year's local Game Jam is organized by LEVEL UP Inc, Games HQ and IGDA Malaysia Chapter.

REGISTERING FOR GGJ
There are two points to register for GGJ Online.

WHO CAN JOIN?
Everyone is welcome. From all skill levels, age, etc. If you are uncertain, feel free to contact the organizers (us)!
However, Global Game Jam does have an age-requirement of being at least 18-years old to participate.

TEAM FORMATION
This year, you will deviate a little from our traditional format of Team Formation and allow for both pre-formed teams (for obvious reasons) and individuals to join.
- Individuals (the OG format)
We love developers to meet up with new developers and form new ideas so we'll also be running Idea Pitching and Team Selection sessions. We always encourage new collaborations!
- Pre-Formed Teams
For groups that have a fixed team that want to participate, we will be requiring the DREADED Random Game Name Generator inclusion to the Theme. The spirit of the Global Game Jam has always been to challenge yourselves and have a bit of fun while you're at it.
