No Strings on me

The narrative revolves around the theme of “lost & found” to create a classic linear puzzle game due of the similarities between the concepts of lost & found and puzzle - with the game mainly based upon solving different puzzles to put the pieces back together. On the narrative side of the game, we created a symbolic journey in the minds of our protagonist, taking inspirations from games like Taisho Alice where the fictional personalities conflict with our protagonist. Our character design is heavily influenced by artists like Waboku taking in elements of fantasy. The game utilizes many different animal characters to reflect the past and personalities of our protagonist, combined with our own pixel art, music compositions and narrative to bring about a story about a broken man trying to find his past.
