The Refrigerator - art studios, art gallery and a bar
"The Refrigerator" is an independent initiative located in the cooling house of the old wholesale produce market in #90 Hachashmonaim st. in Tel-Aviv. The Refrigerator spreads over 1900 square meters above ground and in two underground floors. Underground there are 25 active studios of artists from different disciplines. In addition, empty studios are offered for rent. In April 2019 the Refrigerator gallery has been opened - a permanent exhibition space for art and for experimentation. Above ground a bar is being built these days. We look for and invite suggestions and ideas for new events and exhibitions.
When on the street at the address stop at the lotto booth and then turn into the pathway near the salon all the way untill you get to the stairs.
