Welcome to the Global Game jam in Gothenburg, Sweden!
In order to sign up, create an account on this website (https://globalgamejam.org) and join this site. You don't have to have an account or register until it's time to submit your game towards the end of the event, but it's preferable for logistical reasons.
The site will provide snacks and drinks as well as electricity, Internet and various tools and materials for making more experimental games.
After the jam a small jury of prominent game lovers in Gothenburg will choose a winner. The lucky team will receive a symbolic cup of greatness, here is last year's winner https://globalgamejam.org/2019/games/coffee-simulator.
Friday 31th of January
- Site opens at 16.30
- Keynote and theme is presented at 17.00
- Intro to site, rules and kick-off after theme reveal
Saturday 1th of February
- All day jam
Sunday 2nd of February
- Start submitting something at least 16.00
- Jam over at 17.00
- Jury plays games and winning submission is decided after jam
- Cleaning and some after jam session if not too late and people are up for it
