Separated Soul is a 2.5D platformer where the player controls six different components from a broken robots body. The concept of this project came from a scene in The Iron Giant where the robot's limbs are trying to find there way back to eachother. In our game, the limbs are spawned in different places around a map and the player must take control of each one of them and reach the end. They all have unique characteristics and abilities meaning to solve puzzles and get past obstacles the player has to use their specialities to help the other limbs. This creates unique environments which tasks the player with finding out which limb is best suited for the task.
