Andron0m0nesia uses 22 2.5"x2.5" cards, a 10-sided die and a device that has a 3-minute timer (like your smartphone).
Installation Instructions:
Print cards sheets, front and back. Cut carefully then assemble cards with glue, backed card sleeves or duplex printing on heavy cardstock.
