On-Site Registration will START @ exactly 03:30PM & END @ 04:30PM.

**Do not forget to bring a Valid I.D. & keep your Tickets/Google Forms Printouts handy, either on the Eventbrite Mobile App or Print them out & bring the hard copy with you to the Jam! Present this to any IGDA-iACADEMY or S.E.A.L. Marshal @ the iACADEMY Auditorium Lobby Entrance on 25 January 2019, Friday.

**This Jam Site has a [ No Eventbrite Ticket/Google Forms Printout + No Valid I.D. = No Jam ] Policy.
This is due to strict adherence to the iACADEMY Campus Security Policy.

All IT Equipment should be clearly indicated during the Eventbrite e-Ticket Registration/Google Forms Printout.
Any item not found on the Eventbrite Registration Form/Google Forms Printout will not be allowed inside the Jam Site.

It is advised that Jammers should also keep a copy of the Eventbrite/Google Forms Registration Print-out during the entire period of the Global Game Jam 2019 @ iACADEMY.

The Print-Outs should indicate the following details :
- Brand
- Make
- Model
- Exact Color
- Gadget Type & corresponding Serial Number(s)
for All IT Equipment that a Jammer will bring & need at the 48-Hour Jam.

Entrance for Jammers with heavy IT Equipment [example: heavy computer (tower) unit  plus monitor] will be at the designated iACADEMY Dropzone only.

***You will be informed by the Campus Security Officer when you arrive at the Campus Driveway

Jammers are required to wear their Jammer's ID at all time. ID's will be issued during registration.

Jammers are expected to abide by the iACADEMY Jam Site Rules which will be discussed during the 1st Jam Day Orientation.

*A 10:00PM Curfew will be implemented to all Jammers during the Jam & will allow Jammers back in at exactly 06:00AM the next day.

*No Jammer will be allowed to go in and | or out of Jam Site come curfew time.

Any Jammer caught smoking cigarettes | electronic cigarettes or drinking any kind of alcoholic beverages inside the Jam Site will automatically be disqualified from Jamming. Any Jammer who is proven intoxicated during the Jam will also be disqualified from Jamming.

Shower Rooms are located at the Basketball Court of the Campus.
(1 floor above the Jam Area)

Participants are required to do their games only at the Official Jam Site (iACADEMY Auditorium) venue.
Those who will be going home must be at Jam Site not later than 08:00AM to continue Jamming.

***All iACADEMY enrolled Student Jammers should secure a copy of the Parent's Consent and Agreement Form from the Academics Secretary.
Submission ​Deadline of the accomplished form will be on 21 January 2019, Monday. No Waiver = No Jam.
