General Information
For one weekend developers, graphic artists and other creators will meet at over 700 jamsites all around the world in order to design and develop video games.
All of these games will adhere to a theme which will be announced at the start of the event. Apart from that, there are no limits to the jammers’ creativity: whether single- or multiplayer, VR game or traditional 2D platformer – anything is possible. This led to the completion of four entirely different games during last year’s event.
How many people can come?

Dates
Doors open at 16:00

It is our tradition to level up your game development skills for the event so that you can jam safely ;)
This time Martin and Niklas will give you an introduction into what is the GGJ and some valuable tips to have an awesome game jam.
For everyone new to game development Martin will introduce you to Phaser (3) which is a HTML5 game development framework.
If you want to take a look at it before the event: http://phaser.io/
After the introduction we'll get together in pairs and will practice what Martin showed us with a little challenge to be fully prepared for the GGJ.
