A Place Called

A serene experience that illustrates the contrast between the comfort of home versus the uncertainty of the outside world. A Place Called aims to demonstrate the growth of people along with their homes, and embrace both their physical and emotional connection to them. It also simulates the routine experience of leaving home, but always having a place to come back to. A Place Called is played with the keyboard. Using the WASD keys to move, and the spacebar to pick up special items, the player will explore the vast landscape surrounding their house. The goal is to gather items and notice how the experience changes as the player adds more memorabilia to their home. Overall, there are nine collectible items scattered across the world.
