Final Rules
Pest Fest Mansion is an assymmetrical board game where players are various pests invading a home.
Round structure
Each round is divided into 2 phases: Planning phase, and Action phase.
The player who last saw a pest in his or her home begins the game.
Planning phase
Beginning with the starting player, players choose their actions by placing Action Selection cubes in their colours on the Action Selection space on the board. You can not place a cube in a space if the number of cubes in a space equals the number printed inside that space.
Action phase.
Beginning with the starting player, players remove one of their cubes from an Action Selection Space and performs that action. How that action is performed is described on each player´s Player Sheet.

Skjeggkre:
Move: Move 3 different Skjeggkre 1 space
Breed: Place 3 new Skjeggkre at a cardboardbox you occupy.
Special Ability: Move a cardboardbox with Skjeggkre to any room.
Divine intervention: Take a card from the card display and keep it. You can play it any time during your turn. You can only keep 1 card.

Ants:
Move: Move 2 different ants up to 2 spaces
Breed: Place 2 new ants at a space adjacent to an outer wall
Special Ability: Move 1 sugarcube 2 spaces along a path of ants
Divine intervention: Take a card from the card display and keep it. You can play it any time during your turn. You can only keep 1 card.

Spiders
Move: Move 1 spider up to 2 spaces. Spiders in same space or adjacent spaces may also move.
Breed: Place 1 new spider in any hidingplace
Special ability: Build spiderweb. Place a pair of webtiles face down on a space occupied by a spider and an adjacent space.
Divine intervention: Take a card from the card display and keep it. You can play it any time during your turn. You can only keep 1 card.

Rats:
Move: Move 1 rat 1 space
Breed: Remove 1 garbage token at a garbage location occupied by at least 1 rat to place 1 small rat there.
Special ability: Grow. Remove 1 garbage token at a space occupied by a rat to grow a rat at that location 1 level.
Divine intervention: Take a card from the card display and keep it. You can play it any time during your turn. You can only keep 1 card.

End of the game
The game is over when one player has met his or her winning criteria. The criteria are as follows:
Skjeggkre: Occupy at least 15 rooms to win the game.
Ants: Carry 8 sugarcubes back to the hive to win the game.
Spiders: Eat at least 8 other animals to win the game.
Rats: Grow 3 Rats into Huge (level 3) rats.
