Game in a sentence: Procedurally generated house keeping simulator
You play as a landlord who has to sell one of his property. The only issue being that it seems the house is breaking and getting messy way faster than the other house. Repair and keep up maintenance in the house to keep its price up until someone buy.
Win condition: Maintain the price for a certain amount of time (undertemined at this point)
Loose condition: Reach a price of 0$ for you house value.
