These are both short tabletop storytelling games that only require the game rules and some common items. They can be played alone, but are much better around a table with others. Flying Home for Spring tasks the players with creating a shared recollection while drawing a bird's nest to represent their story. This is most akin to trying to remember a shared event, except that players will be creating a new memory as they play. Every Story Deserves a Good Home provides a framework for creating a space with cards while telling a story that takes place in the space. A standard deck of cards is used to prompt the players to create an interesting and surprising story together. The game rules encourage creativity and action, which move the plot forward.
