A two player card game where the aim is to each build your neighbourhood while competing for space and utilities. Rules: Each player chooses one deck colour containing 16 cards. A stack of utility cards is provided which should be shuffled and split in half - half given to each player. Apart from one utility card which should be placed in the centre of the table. Turn order - last person to go to the toilet goes first Turn - player draws a card from their pile and plays it on the table Types of card: House card - house cards must be placed directly adjacent or diagonally to an existing house or a utility Utility card - must be adjacent or diagonal to at least one of each players houses The game ends when one player has used all of their house cards. If the other player has house cards left they can place on last card but no subsequent ones.
