Only those who PRE-REGISTERED will be allowed entry in the APC jam site. Please bring an ID with you.
The doors for the game jam venue on site will be open at 3:30pm on January 26, Friday. Please note that curfew hours are strictly observed from 10:00pm to 5:30am. It is suggested that jammers take their dinner early in the food outlets near the area and ensure that they are back in the game jam venue before 10:00pm.
Free Parking is available in the Humabon parking area. Basement parking is also available but for a minimal fee.
The lobby guard will also be requiring you to fill out an IT EQUIPMENT gate pass.
Jammers will be required to wear their Jammer's ID at all times (you will be provided by this upon entry). Jammers are also expected to abide by the venue's rules to be discussed during the 1st Jam Day Orientation.
Jammers are encouraged to bring their own sleeping mats (with pillows if preferred). The venue will be air-conditioned, so you might want to bring jackets and/or sweaters.
Shower rooms are located at the 10th floor.
APC strictly observes a no-smoking and no-vaping policy. Alcoholic beverages are also not allowed. Any jammer proven intoxicated (or who violated the smoking policy) will be disqualified.
