Who's the Boss?

You play as the Boss character in VR who receives instructions on how to complete a challenge inside a puzzle room. Other players are playing in first person on the computer and must attempt to understand instructions from the Boss given only in hand gestures. Puzzles start simple with a set number of people standing on tiles but quickly ramp into demanding workers match colors and execute simultaneous actions all without any words spoken.
