O2 CRITICAL

Your space shuttle was badly damaged by debris, and you can't call for help until the ship's components are fixed. Roll colored dice to repaid the Hull, Thrusters, Wings, and Radio, then send the distress transmission to win the game! ***This game is a hybrid that utilizes both physical pieces and a companion smartphone app.
Jam year:
2018
Platforms:
Non-digital game (board game, card game, physical game, sport, etc.), iPhone
Tools and Technologies:
Game Salad (Mac desktop, iPhone, iPad)
Technology Notes:
Primitive material slicing tools (scissors), advanced adhesive strips (tape), multicolored plastic centimeter cubes (for real, though), enhanced durable black marking devices (sharpie markers), and typical non-marked gameplay wafers (blank playing cards).
Installation Instructions:

Open the "O2 CRITICAL Project" file in GameSalad for Mac, test/execute on companion device.

PHYSICAL COMPONENTS: Space shuttle game piece not necessary, but it makes the game a lot better. Storage card is not necessary, but it makes the game better. Game REQUIRES 8 black Energy Cubes, 12 colored Repair Cubes (4 yellow with 3 pips, 4 green with 2 pips, and 4 pink with 1 pip), 9 Oxygen Cubes (3 green, 2, yellow, 2 orange, and 2 red), and 1 D6 die (preferably the same size as the other cubes for easier rolling).

Technically speaking, the companion app isn't necessary at all if you know the repair requirements for each component and can keep track of your rolls. But, doing it that way really sucks (I tried), so using the companion app is recommended. But, I'm not your real mom, so whatever floats your boat is fine with me.
