the context of the game is about a radio announcer job which is to transmit the information to the majority of citizens , to inform them about the Global Game Jam , in the game we have windows , when the player click in a window it will light with red , so that mean that the information have been transmitted to them , it's all a matter of time , the time line is limited , if the player was fast and transmit the information to 20 citizens , the mission is done , and he will win the game , if not , he have to try a next time and to be faster , that's just as simple as it is .
