Chaos Theory

For the GGJ-2017, this is my interpertation of the theme "waves". Chaos Theory is a 3D Arcade-style shooter in which the player stands on a small platform. Endless waves of colored "tiles" will float down from the sky while the player attempts to shoot them down. ------------------------- A tile can have up to 6 colors (1 normal and 5 special), with special tiles representing a type of wave mechanic. - Electromagnetic Wave (Zaps your bullets out of the sky) - Gravitational Wave (Pulls your bullets towards itself) - Audio Wave (When hit will echo to other nearby audio waves) - Light Wave (Reflects your hit across to all other tiles on the same level as the light wave, effectively destroying one layer of tiles) - Air Wave/Water Wave (Explodes, dealing splash damage to nearby tiles) ------------------------- *THIS GAME WAS MADE USING UNITY v5.6.04b. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE A SUDDEN CRASH* ---------------------------------- For my first game jam, I went into this alone with a 3D project. That being said, the game is riddled with bugs. Although an incomplete project, I am happy with what I've made here this weekend and hope to continue building it into a complete project that I can showcase. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I met many great people and projects. I hope to be able to attend again next year once I'm a little more experienced!

Installation Instructions: 

Download and extract the ChaosTheory folder to your desktop.  Double click testBuild.exe to run the game. 


All art, programming, and modeling and animation assets were provided by myself.
