How can you take a part?
Please register yourself on Official Global Game Jam 2016 website! Additionally please book your FREE entrance via Eventbrite.co.uk by using this link. Remember you will need to register on BOTH official GGJ website and Eventbrite.co.uk.

Global Game Jam will take place on 29th - 31st January 2016
How many Jammers will be on this Site?
There are ONLY 100 places available at SAE Institute London.
Where is the location?
SAE Institute London Campus is located...
2 minutes from the Haggerston Overground Station
19 minutes by bus from the Liverpool Street Station by Buses 242 (towards Homerton Hospital) or 149 (towards Edmonton Green)

3.00pm - 3.45pm - TALK 1 - Oscar Clark - Challenging Creativity - Understanding How Creativity Works For Players & Designers
3.45pm-4.30pm - TALK 2 - Kam Star - Games of 2020s. What's neuromorphism got to do with it?
4.30pm-5.00pm - Break
5.00pm-5.45pm - Welcome & Introduction - Offical Opening of Global Game Jam 2016 + Keynote & announcement of the secret theme
5.45pm-6.15pm - Group Forming & "Get to know each other"
6.15pm + Time for groups to work on their games
Saturday, 30th January 2016
11.00am - Deadline to create user profile and game page on http://globalgamejam.org
Saturday is a day dedicated for games creation
Sunday, 31st January 2016
3.30pm-4.30pm - Deadline for handing in games
4.30pm-5.00pm - Time to move to The Proud Archivist for the last part of the event (3 minutes walking distance from SAE Insitute London)
5.00pm-6.30pm - Each team present their games - The Proud Archivist (Light Room)
6.30pm+ Social Event for all GGJ participants - The Proud Archivist ("Library")
Is the venue open all the time during GGJ16?
Yes, SAE Institute London will be open for Global Game Jam participants 24 hours from 4.30pm on Friday, 29th January 2016 until 6.00pm on Sunday, 31st January 2016.
Is there secure storage for my belongings?
No, there is not. Please keep your belongings with you all the time. Each participant is responsible for own equipment.
Is there any food provided?
The Organisers will provide snacks at the Meet&Greet only. Please bring your own food and drinks. There is Tesco opposite the road open until 11.00pm and a few convenience stores around.
What are the facilities available?
Please bring your own equipment. The Organisers provide WI-FI and power extensions.
