Viva Pistola

It's the day of the dead! So why not celebrate by shooting each other through the head?! In Viva Pistola the yearly Dia De Los Muertos festival celebrated by the living resonates into the realm of the dead, awakening them and marking the beginning of their own morbid ritual. The competitors try to re-kill their opponents in a Mexican standoff. The ultimate victor may spend a day amongst the living. Viva Pistola!

Technology Notes: 
The game is built using the Unity engine and is using the UNet LLAPI which is used as a low-level socket interface for online (or lan) multiplayer. This was way more complex than using the high-level API but we could optimize the game pretty well and achieve a networking send rate of nearly 60FPS.
