Kitty Kitty Bang Bang

Kitty Kitty Bang Bang is a game designed to teach users how to type using the orbiTouch Keyless Keyboard ( ). Created from the game loop up in JavaScript, this prototype fleshes out the basic "whack-a-mole" (although I like to think of it as "shoo-a-kitty") mechanic, giving the user a cat of a particular color in any of the eight cardinal or intercardinal directions and a corresponding character (letter/number/other) with which the user can begin to associate that color/direction combination. Kitty Kitty Bang Bang is intended as the "Typer Shark" for keyboard designed for users with low finger dexterity. The relation to the theme, which never quite made it into the prototype, was the ritual of making a sandwich, and shooing kitties who are trying to interrupt the sandwich making process with their curiosity.
