HexaGrammaton is a frenetic rhythmic reaction game which pits the player as a celestial monk, desperately maintaining a shield in defense of his or her temple. The player uses the HTC Vive interface to activate runes which approach the character rhythmically and must be activated as they approach the player, lest the shield should fail. The game aims to utilize pattern recognition and memorization of actions in order to navigate 5 stages. Each with an original soundtrack.

Technology Notes:
This is the first VR game for the team so the ability to use the new technology is foreign for both the programmers and the artists. We are utilizing the Unity platform for this project. Two of the participants are sound designers and have designed sound for games at past GGJ's and are creating a completely custom soundtrack for the game using software like Reaper and Protools.
