You suffer from PTSD and anxiety disorder and wake up each morning from terrible nightmares that causes you much pain and stress. You have been given taken up a morning ritual to help you deal with your issues and to hopefully find peace with yourself.
Your morning ritual are the preparations before taking a session of Yoga, but beware, do things in the wrong order and the experience may be less relaxing than you think.
