Po Ta To VR (Oculus Rift DK2)

The Dwarves stopped by again. And, they're throwing plates... again. Dodge the plates! This VR game was designed for extreme head tracking and range of motion. Physically moving and ducking meant no nausea for everyone that tried it. - - - Your DK2 tracking camera should be set at eye level, and angled slightly down. Stand 5-7 feet back from it. Stay in a wide stance and bend at your waist for the fastest head moves, to keep your balance, and to keep pets from under foot. - - - Experimental: Chant "Po Ta To" into your headset mic to activate bullet time (slow motion.) - - - Future builds available at http://megafork.com/PoTaToVR/

Technology Notes:
Compiled with Unity 4.6.1f1 and Oculus Rift DK2 with runtime/SDK 0.44. Direct mode reccomended, Extended mode also works. Requires DX11? Only tested on Geforce 970s.
Installation Instructions:

For best results: put your DK2 camera at standing eye height, aimed slightly down.  Use the Oculus Desk/Demo scene and turn on Show Camera tracking volume.  Back up 5-7 feet.  You should be able to move about 3 feet to each side of center, and kneel on the floor with perfect head tracking - as long as you don't look down.  But, you shouldn't take your eyes off those wily dwarves anyway.  Stay in a wide stance and bend at your waist for the fastest head moves, to keep your balance, and keep pets from under foot.

Experimental:  Chant "Po Ta To" into your headset mic to activate bullet time (slow motion.)
