Enter the Grid

Enter the Grid is a one verse one strategy board game. Two players enter the grid, a virtual combat arena with exit gates at each end, but only one may leave. The game takes place on an 8x8 grid with squares of alternating colors. Each player controls 8 digital avatar tokens each of varying power 1-8. Players take turns taking 3 actions in attempts to advance to the gate on the other side of the grid while defending against their opponent from leaving the grid. This game was inspired by the Magfest diversifty "Enter Player One". "What do we do next?" Make the best move!
