Die Studie 44

This is a game about what you have to do and WHEN you have to do it. Inspired by a 1944 'study of apparent behavior' by psychologists Fritz Heider & Marianne Simmel. For the jam, we wrote everything including the level editor that we have called 'fritz composer'. Look at the geometrical shapes in the past and the future, then make that happen as expected by clicking at the right time.

Installation Instructions: 

DieStudie44.zip archive contains :

- the license.txt file

- 'other' folder -> video of our level editor & original video of heider & simmel

- 'press' folder -> little presskit with text & images

- 'src' folder -> source code of the level editor & source code of the game


DS44.zip archive contains :

- the game itself, a Studie.jar executable file

You need java 8 installed on your computer

If the game freezes on opening the Studie.jar file, please try again it should work
