"I need pills" is a 2D plataformer game made with pixel-art. You should find out how to survive your withdrawal. You must take pills in order to see the world as you like. If not, you will be teleported to another world, the reality of your mind, where you will encounter your fears.
Use A,S,K, or L to move, jump or shoot. You will start without pills. Your first goal is take a pill. You must learn how the controls works because it changes every time you lost your pill's power.
When you finally take a pill, you can move easier by pressing A to move left, s to right, K for jump, and L for shoot.
