Hole in the head

Hole In The Head is an endless top down shooter about a guy who gets his skull trepanned, allowing him to see all sort of strange creatures around him. After killing some waves of monsters there's a boss fight. After the boss fight the player can choose one of three items as reward. All monsters appear to be human after diying while the player dies becoming a monster.
