The player is the god of a small village of lazy, belligerent gnomes. They command the gnomes to build mushroom castles so that the tribe can grow, but the gnomes have other ideas & will quickly wander off or fall asleep. To prevent this, the player can punish the gnomes in various ways, but if the gnomes are pushed too far they grow resentful & begin to riot & destroy the village. As such, the player must balance their treatment of the gnomes, if they try to force them to work too much then their aggression will be reflected in the village itself.
