On a five-by-five grid, swap around tiles or slide along rows and columns in order to get lines of five numbers. Sounds boring, but is deceptively compelling. Plus, you get to shout "CINCO!" afterwards.

Print out and cut out cards.
Print out tiles, put in some sort of stand to make them upright. Each tile is paired with its opposite-side tile in the image.
