From Philly via Public Transportation:
There are several public transportation methods to get to Camden County College but we find this to be the best. Take PATCO Eastbound towards New Jersey. Get off at the Lindenwold Exit. Take NJ Transit Bus 459. This bus will take you to the jam site. Signs will direct you to the correct building.

459 Bus Schedule and Info
The NJ 400 Bus also goes from Philadelphia to the College. Be careful to check the schedule becuase while the college is on the bus's route, it does not always stop there. Buses going to the college should say so on the marquee.

Tech needed by Jammers
Hey everyone, So we're gearing up the tech for GGJ and we want to know what software you would like to use if you will not be brining your own equipment. Right now we've got Unity, and Gamemaker, what other software would you like for us to try to have installed for you to use? Time is of the essence so we'll work on getting whatever get's posted by 1/11. Thanks guys!
Software to use
I wouldn't mind trying Flash Professional and/or Starling.
Just to see how it works.
3D Modeling and Animating Software
I know this is late, but I want to see if it is possible to have Autodesk Maya or similar.
Maya
I agree with the above poster - Maya or Max would be nice - Maya probably would be more in the spontaneous spirit of things.
I'll try to brush up on Unity though - that might be fun.
Actually...
Is it in the spirit of the Jam to use any hardware? A kinect would be a pretty fun addition - and I believe the necessary code to run it is free to use in independant development now - I'm sure its not open source, but I do seem to remember it being accessible legally.
Software
We will have access to about 85 PCs of varying capabilities and 44 Macs. On the MACs already is Unity, GameMaker, Adobe CS, Maya (on 22). I am working to have the rest loaded up with as much as possible the PCs to have at least Unity, gameMaker and VSB at least, we do also have at least one Kinect that we have access to as well.
