Deadly Synergy

2 player (one with sword and gunpower canisters, one with gun and a flamethrower) top down crimson land-esq game (ever more difficult aliens endlessly spawn and you have to kill them).

In order to do well you need to combine the gunpowder and the flamethrower flames. However, get too close for too long and you will die. You must communicate between each other to time your attacks and hopefully survive for a reasonable length of time.

Just extract and run synergy.exe

Brief Play Description: 

One player has a sword (controlled with WASD), the other has a gun (arrow keys, mouse to aim and shoot).
The sword player has gundust powder special ability which confuses the aliens.
The gun player also has a flamethrower special ability.

When the gundust is combined with flame of the flamethrower it ignites causing a powerful explosion.

The problem is that you are unable to get too close to each other for too long otherwise you'll die. This forces you to have to communicate with each other to pull off the combo and survive for as long as possible

OVERVIEW OF CONTROLS: (since we *ahem* forgot to put that in the readme):

Player 1 (sword):
WASD - movement
left shift - hold direction
left ctrl - swing sword
left alt - throw gundust

Player 2 (gun):
arrow keys - movement
mouse position - player will always look at mouse
left click - fire gun
right click - fire flamethrower
