Game: Bloodstream
Bloodstream is a action game where the player has to advance through the bloodstream. If the player gets hit by a white blood cell then they die, otherwise they kill their target.
Executable or Installer
Run RedMeansGo.exe in the folder depending on your OS.
Windows users may have to instal OpenAL using oalinst.exe before running the game.
Linux users can run it under Mono, but will need to install OpenAL using their package manager (as well as SDL and any other dependencies).

Any chance of getting a quick 30-second gameplay video? Doesn't have to be fancy, even a Smartphone capture will do.

Added a 1:32 video, unfortunately it didn't capture the sound but it captures my frantic key presses. The audio is a good thing to keep untl your playthrough though, really enhances the experience.
