Hello, thanks!
Hi Alejandro, thanks for playing our game, we are gald you like it :)!
I will answer your questions:
-Well... we decided at first to make it in Spanish to make it more of our own, as you noticed there are references to Colombian culture (particularly Bogotá and Transmilenio), and the are weird for others to understand. Nevertheless I have recently uploaded an English version. We hope this does not go against the Game Jam concept. If it goes, though, we will remove it immediately
The English version is the exact same game, only the conversations were changed, the same bugs and issues remain (despite a huge temptation to having a go at fixing them). But we leave the way it was created in the spirit of the Game Jam to keep it here forever.
-Yeah those instructions can't be seen T-T... issues with lighting and texturing at the very last minute before uploading (we uploaded when there like 2 minutes left or something :P)
-The feedback, yep you are right, seen the monster flash or something would have been nice.. but we didn't think to it until it was too late and did not have enough time to do it :P.
-The sound.... there is no sound in the game T-T.. the same thing we would implement that as the last step... but there was not enough time to do it (although we did choose the sample and the music and everything :p)
-Ouch, bad grammar from our part when writing at full speed.. sorry!
Well, hope that answers your questions... hey thanks a lot for your comment!! you have to thank the graphics for our designers and modelers, they were amazing at creating those models in such a short time.. the issues go mostly for us programmers.. we were kinda slow :P.
PD: I saw your game the primate diplomat.. it's very nice to play :D
Cool
Hey, pretty cool graphics, I liked the game.
Just a few comments about it:
- Why didn't you make it in English? You'd have a much wider audience by doing that (yeah, not everyone gets the "Transmimonstruo" joke, but, come on.. the game is perfectly playable by anyone: it plays like a fighting game).
- The instructions are nearly invisible! :S
- Some feedback on hitting enemies would be nice
- Some sound as well ;) I couldn't hear anything. This might be my computer though..
- There's a spelling mistake in the first dialogue bubble :P
Anyway good work :)
