Brief Play Description: 

You are Fishie, a small sea creature similar to an Angler fish. You must deceitfully lure larger predators to their doom by feeding them to an even larger chomping predator serpent. (Fishie can easily escape though his teeth due to his small size)
You are guided through a dark underwater world by your bioluminescent light, which also attracts your predators. Fishie can absorb small glowing plankton to increase diminishing glow, but beware you dont mistake plankton for predators.

Game finally works!

Download. Extract to a folder (call it Glow). Then go to Play Game > many directories later > Windowsgame.exe

Enjoy.

Hey,

This error should only be showing if you have changed the directory structure that the game comes in.
Try extracting the game again from game.zip and run the exe file. let me know if this solves anything.

Still not working

So, I just (re)installed XNA framework 3.1, but it still doesn't work.
When running the .exe file it crashes ("has stopped working"). Debugging in VS gives:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException was unhandled
Message: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Game, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=6d5c3888ef60e27d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Also, here is the error message I get when running the .application file:
ERROR SUMMARY
* Activation of [path]\game\Play Game\Game\Release\WindowsGame4.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Downloading file:///[path]/game/Play Game/Game/Release/Game.ico.deploy did not succeed.
+ Could not find file '[path]\game\Play Game\Game\Release\Game.ico.deploy'.
Indeed the file does not exist.

Hope that helps, and we can get this working; it looks awesome!
